Which room would you like to book?
Our villa in Talpe, Sri Lanka has two villas within the same property. Both villas has two bedrooms each with queen size comfy beds with mosquito nets, hotwater in the ensuite bathrooms, some rooms are larger than the others. We are a villa where once booked you’ll feel like at home. Whilst we do not offer meals, guests are welcomed to use the kitchens to enjoy their homecooked meals while enjoying the view of the garden and the sounds of nature (we are surrounded by a small jungle so get ready to see peacocks, lizards, critters and monkeys.
Deluxe Double Rooms
Two Private Deluxe Rooms in our Big Villa.
Big Villa features two fully air conditioned bedrooms with queen sized cozy double beds, ample storage space & en-suite bathrooms equipped with walk-in rain showers & hot water. Guests can enjoy the shared kitchen with essential cooking facilities, outdoor dining area & peaceful lounge overlooking the lush garden. You’ll have access to the villa’s swimming pool creating a tranquil escape.
Standard Double Rooms
Our standard villa features two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a cozy double bed, storage shelf, and en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower and hot water.
This villa offers a kitchennette with basic facilities, as well as an outdoor dining area and lounge with a serene garden view & access to the swimming pool.
Hotel Rates, Information & Reservation Policies
- Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 11.00
- Payment terms - Full payment at the time of confirmation
- Payment - Failure to make payment as described above may invalidate a booking
- The maximum occupancy for each common room is 2 adults & 1 child over 8 years
- Please do not feed our pet (Rosy), but she does love attention, pets from outside are not allowed within the premises
- You are allowed to invite guests, you need to ensure that the other guests’ are informed and that their stay will not be disrupted and all outside guests must leave by 7pm
- We are surrounded by a small forest around, please be aware and keep yourself informed of potential animals you may encounter (Monkies, Peacocks, Lizards, Snakes, Scorpions)
- Make the maximum out of your stay but please do follow house rules and respect the neighbourhood
- There will be additional fees for utilities such as drinking water refills, gas, garbage disposal, use of washing machine
